  The Wing Sing Inn, at 147-149 Dundee Street (corner Yeaman Pl), isn't pretty. It's located off the beaten path in Fountainbridge, there is only one copy of the menu in English, and the decor will put off people who care about such frivolities. But oh, the food! This is undiluted Szechuan cuisine; fiery, peppery, and certainly not for the health-conscious. There is nothing quite like this in Edinburgh, and more people should know about it. The only risk of increased customer traffic would be if the owners cater increasingly to Scottish tastes...
